Communication and Consultation
We will welcome you in such a way that puts you, the client, at ease with Headlines Elite surroundings and then, we will carry out a full face-to-face consultation to obtain a clear understanding of your requirements.
Analysis and Advice
Your hair, scalp, face and body shape will be analysed visually and you will be advised on the correct services, style and products for you.
Recommendation
Your stylist will give you a detailed, home care programme to maintain your look.
Educate
During all services, you will be kept informed as to what is happening and the benefits to you, your hair and skin. Whilst any service is being done your hair designer will Inform you how to achieve the best results at home, and how to use your products and equipment.
Finally, we can only improve our standards as a result of your comments. Should you feel that you have not received the kind of service you expected, then please inform – first your hair designer and then the management.
